We Provide Critical Aid to Those in Need

JUNE 24TH 2026

Many women in Ukraine, including thousands of Jews, continue to face real hardships as the ongoing crisis nears the 4 ½ year mark. The older generation is suffering without their support system of family and friends, while younger women are struggling to provide for their families and care for their children. We are honored to help fill the gaps, distributing critical aid to those in need:

Liudmyla, an elderly woman recovering from a complicated surgery, needed help purchasing medications to speed her recovery.

Tetiana suffers from several chronic illnesses and lives on a modest pension, yet she manages to care for her aging and sick mother. Both women were in need of help to purchase vital prescriptions.

Vira is undergoing chemotherapy and was unable to afford critical and expensive medical supplies including a port-a-cath system for her treatment.

Tamara lives alone and suffers from medical conditions that render her homebound. Recently she fractured her collarbone, further complicating matters. Her modest pension is not sufficient to cover the cost of her medication and needed care.

Alla has several chronic illnesses that severely impact her mobility. She relies on several expensive drugs to treat her condition and help with physical movement. With no family to lend support, Alla needs assistance to afford the costly treatment.

Hanna, a young woman with a big heart, works as a cook in the Jewish community, and she also finds time to volunteer while raising a child on her own. Recently Hanna was in need of help herself, to pay for critical medical care to diagnose and treat a serious medical condition. Fortunately, we were able to provide funds for vital screenings, diagnostics, and specialist consultations to ensure Hanna could receive the treatment she needed in a timely manner, maintaining her ability to work and care for her daughter.

It is an honor and privilege to render critical aid to those in need. Together we save lives and restore hope.
