Undeterred By The Ongoing Challenges: Our Work Continues

SEPTEMBER 10TH 2025

All across Ukraine our staff and volunteers are busy with the start of the school year and the upcoming holidays. Our ongoing humanitarian work continues, distributing food and other essential goods and services, while we also provide some special items to make this time of year special for people of all ages.

Families in Kremenchuk and Kropyvnytski were thrilled to receive extra food packages.

Thousands of jars of honey were produced in the local factory and packaged with special holiday labels. Our distribution centers staff are busy carefully putting the jars into beautiful gift boxes delivered to communities across the country.

For the past couple of weeks the many Jewish Community Centers throughout Ukraine were filled with backpacks and smiling children, including Chernivtsi, Bila Tserkva, Kryvhi Rih, Kyiv, Zhytomir, and Pervomaysk.

The youngsters were so excited to walk into school for the very first time.

We are honored to support these children as they embark upon their educational journey, as learning has always been at the heart of Jewish culture, and it is the key to the future.

We are grateful to the many generous donors who make our work possible, and to the leaders, staff and volunteers who go above and beyond to provide life saving support to those in need, and to care for the physical, emotional, and spiritual well being of the Jews of Ukraine. Together we save lives and restore hope.

Together we Save Lives and Restore Hope!
