Supplying Medicine: Fulfilling Critical Need

JANUARY 7TH 2026

Every city, town, and village in Ukraine has been impacted the ongoing crisis. Communities that have not been occupied have taken in internally displaced persons and have endured drone and missile attacks. And, the economic conditions in the country have dramatically affected daily life.

The war has severely disrupted access to medication, resulting from displacement, destroyed infrastructure, broken supply chains, and rising costs, leaving many people without essential drugs for chronic medical conditions (including heart and blood pressure issues). The Ukrainian government has undertaken a variety of measures to help address the situation, including creating mobile pharmacies for rural areas, but significant gaps persist, requiring ongoing support, particularly for vulnerable groups.

From the early days of the crisis, we have been providing critical medications to thousands of people across Ukraine. Many of the individuals we help are elderly, suffering from serious illnesses, as well as families with young children. Prescription medications are dispensed through local pharmacies and clinics, and over-the-counter medications are provided as well, for less serious illnesses. All of the recipients are facing substantial financial hardships and would have great difficulty securing the needed medicine without our help. The financial contributions we receive from generous individuals around the world make our work possible. Together we save lives and restore hope.

Together we Save Lives and Restore Hope!
