Nourishment For The Elderly

NOVEMBER 10TH 2025

Winter has arrived in Ukraine, with evening temperatures dropping to 30 degrees Fahrenheit. Many senior citizens struggle to prepare food for themselves, and rely on local soup kitchens and food deliveries. The winter weather makes it difficult for elderly residents to get out, putting them at risk of malnourishment. Our staff and volunteers work tirelessly to address this critical situation.

Thanks to our generous donors, we are delivering food packages, operating soup kitchens, and providing a helping hand to those in need. In Zhytomyr, seniors gather to share a meal and lend support and encouragement to one another, as they face another winter at war.

In Kryvyi Rih and Kyiv, local residents come together to share a meal and exchange stories.

Our staff in Cherkasy and Chernivtsi, prepare meals for the elderly, ensuring they have hot nutritious food to sustain them.

Over the next few months, we will be working closely with local leaders, staff, and volunteers to ensure the elderly have what they need to survive the winter. In addition to food, we provide blankets, heaters, batteries, and much more. Together we save lives and restore hope.

Together we Save Lives and Restore Hope!
