We are finalizing our Ukrainian Jewish Cookbook and want to include your recipe along with many others. In addition to instructions about how to prepare the delicious food items, please send information regarding the source of the recipe and related family traditions. This book will be a treasure of history and heritage related to the Jewish communities in Ukraine, memorializing the people and their stories. Digital copies of the book will be made available online, and print versions will be sent out upon request.
