For the fifth time in just 4 years, we will bring Passover to the Jews of Ukraine. Every household will have matzo and other Seder items as well as kosher-for-Passover food for a week. Communities will host Seders and other events to commemorate our Exodus from Egypt.
For months our staff have been preparing for the upcoming holiday. Thousands of bottles of grape juice and several tons of meat and other essential items arrived at our warehouses in Ukraine. Staff and volunteers are working around the clock to pack gift boxes and food parcels that will be delivered to more than 250 cities, towns, and remote areas. This process has been repeated many times since the war began, on Passover and other major holidays. It is more important than ever that we show the Jews of Ukraine that they are not alone and not forgotten.
We are grateful to our donors from around the world who make our work possible, tending to the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of more than 50,000 people. Together we save lives and restore hope.
